2. The helicopter won't lift off and the top rotor won't rotate.
Check that the screws holding the outer hollow shaft and blade holder are tight and properly aligned.

Try replacing the batteries and ensure the remote control and helicopter are on the same frequency. Also, avoid flying near other devices that may cause interference.
4. The on/off switch broke after the first use.
Avoid pushing the switch too hard, as it can be brittle.
