Care Instructions

To keep Ollie in top condition, please follow these care instructions:

• Hand wash only with a damp cloth, and make sure all moisture is gone before heating
• To heat, place Ollie in the microwave for 30-second intervals, up to 90 seconds. Always ensure the microwave is clean and dry, and Ollie is at room temperature
• To cool, place Ollie in a bag, such as the burlap bag, and cool in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Please note that Ollie must reach room temperature again before heating
