How long does delivery take?

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on every single order! Once we pack and process your items (which usually takes 1 to 3 business days), you can expect your package to arrive at your door in about 5 to 8 business days. Just keep in mind that sometimes local carriers or international customs might add a slight delay, but we'll do everything we can to get it to you quickly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We happily ship our products to many destinations worldwide. Just note that delivery times can jump around a bit depending on where you live and how fast your local customs office processes packages.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our hands, we’ll shoot you an email with your unique tracking number. If you don't see it after a few days, take a quick peek in your spam or promotions folder just in case it landed there.

How do I actually track my order?

It's super easy. You can just click the tracking link inside your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can copy your tracking number and paste it directly into the Track Your Order page right here on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We know mistakes happen! If you need to change your shipping address, swap an item, or cancel your order entirely, please email us within 24 hours of placing it. After that 24-hour window, your order is likely already being processed and packed up, meaning we won't be able to make any changes or cancellations.

What is your return policy?

We want you to genuinely love what you bought. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day your package arrives to request a return for any unused items in their original packaging.

What if my tracking says "Delivered" but I can't find it?

It's super frustrating when this happens, but don't panic. First, double-check your porch, side doors, and mailboxes, and ask your neighbors or roommates if they grabbed it for you by mistake. Make sure the shipping address on your confirmation email is 100% correct. If it’s still hiding, reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If they confirm it's lost, just email us the proof of non-delivery and we'll jump in to sort it out for you.

Do your products come with a warranty?

They sure do. We stand behind our quality with a solid 9-month manufacturer’s warranty. This covers any genuine defects in materials or how the product was made. Keep in mind, this doesn't cover everyday wear and tear, accidental drops, or deliberate misuse.
