4. If you're not using it for 4 seconds, the buttons will lock automatically. Don't worry, just double click the power button to unlock and adjust the temperature or turn it off.

5. It even has a memory function, so if you don't unplug it, it will remember your last temperature setting. If you do unplug it, it will default to 355° when you turn it back on.

6. Press the "+" and "-" buttons at the same time to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

7. And don't worry about forgetting to turn it off - it will automatically shut off after 30 minutes of no use and go into standby mode.
